The ingredients in the fridge is all I really had to work with and I didn’t wanna go out to the store and it was amazing!

My husband who is not a pasta lover – LOVED IT?!

So without further delay, I will share how you can create this amazing meal and what you will need to make this Chicken & Spinach Pasta Recipe that will for sure be a favorite.  This is an incredibly chicken and noodles recipe.

Ingredients for the Chicken & Spinach Pasta Recipe

1 lb of boneless skinless chicken thighs

3 cups of fresh spinach

1/2 box of (Barilla) Fettucine or 1/2 pound of fresh

1/2 cup Sour Cream

1/2 stick of butter

1/4 Red Pepper Diced

1 Large Onion Diced

2 Garlic Cloves chopped

Lawry’s Seasoning to taste(key ingredient)

Salt to taste

Black Ground Pepper to taste

1 tsp Garlic Powder

1/2 tsp Paprika

1/2 tsp Dried Parsley flakes

1 freshly squeezed lemon

2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil

Boil the fettuccini noodles until tender add a dash of olive oil to the water to keep the noodles from sticking together, stirring frequently.

Rinse the chicken and place in a stainless steel skillet sprinkled with the olive oil and a 1/4 cup of water. Chop up the onions, garlic, red pepper and add to the chicken.

Season the chicken with paprika, Lawry’s seasoning, garlic powder, and black pepper.  Cook on low heat and covered for 25-30 minutes turning only once.  The chicken should be tender and falling apart when done.  Take a fork and butter knife and pull apart in strips.

Drain until there is a little chicken broth left in the pan leave it there. Add the spinach only after the chicken and veggies are done.  Cook for another 10 minutes on low.

Once the chicken mixture with spinach is done add the pasta, sour cream, lemon juice and stir. Taste, add more seasoning until it suits your taste and a little more pepper, but moderately.

If you’re happy with the flavor let it simmer for another 30 minutes, you want complete harmony and trust me harmony takes time.

enjoy this amazing dish!
